Refund Policy
Please contact us to discus any item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return prior to shipping them back to us. If the return of goods is agreed to you will be issued with a return goods authorization (RGA) number.

Please note the following before returning items.
Where the items are not faulty -

A restocking fee of 15% applies to the total value of the goods being returned for credit.

Items being exchanged will not be subject to a restocking fee but may incur return freight charges.

Returned items must be received within 14 days of our issuance of an RGA number.

Items will not be accepted for return after 30 days from delivery

All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.

Items repackaged or used will not be accepted for return.

Return shipping is at your cost.

No returns for custom print or special orders.

The freight portion of the invoice will not be credited on returned merchandise.
Where the items are suspected to be faulty –

Faulty items must be returned as soon as the fault is suspected and you should contact us immediately to arrange return or inspection & collection, at our option.

Defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at our option unless the fault is considered a major one under the Australian Consumer Law.

The product does not have to be in its original packaging, but we are entitled to ask for some form of proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

If we confirm the product is faulty, then we will reimburse you for any reasonable return costs you have already paid upon proof of payment.

If we find that the product does not have a problem, we may require you to pay the collection and inspection costs. If so, we will give you a reasonable estimate of these costs before collecting the product from you.

To be a warranty claim, the fault cannot be caused by mis-use or neglect of the item.

Any applicable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we will respect them.
